Satire and parody are recognised forms of protected expression under the laws of most democratic jurisdictions, including the United States, all EU member states, and the United Kingdom.

All content on this website โ€” including game code, design, character artwork, animations, text, and audio โ€” is the intellectual property of the site operators, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The satirical character designs are original creations. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real individuals. Any resemblance to real persons is intentional only in the context of protected satire and parody under applicable law.

The game and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

EU / UK Consumer Note: Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or UK law. Certain statutory warranties cannot be excluded or limited. See Section 7 for your full consumer rights.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring your own system security.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game or website.

โš ๏ธ EU / UK Consumer Law Note: Under EU Directive 93/13/EEC (Unfair Contract Terms) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, broad liability exclusions may be considered unfair and therefore void and unenforceable against consumers. We cannot and do not exclude liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any statutory liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of โ‚ฌ100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

7. EU / UK Consumer Rights โ€” Your Statutory Rights
This section is required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights apply to all EU and UK consumers regardless of what any other section of these Terms says.

Right to Clear Information

As an EU/UK consumer, you have the right to receive clear, accurate information about the service before using it. This game is provided free of charge. Any payments made via Buy Me a Coffee are entirely voluntary donations โ€” they are not required to access the game and confer no additional rights or services.

Right Against Unfair Terms

Under EU Directive 93/13/EEC and UK law, any term in these Terms that creates a significant imbalance between your rights and ours โ€” to your detriment โ€” is not binding on you. This includes any term that attempts to exclude liability we are not permitted to exclude, or that attempts to make you accept changes to the service without notice.

Changes to Terms โ€” Your Right to Be Informed

We will not make material changes to these Terms without giving you reasonable advance notice. We will not treat your continued use of the site as acceptance of material changes โ€” we will actively communicate any significant changes and provide you a reasonable opportunity to review them. This is your right under EU consumer law โ€” silence is not consent.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, you have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also contact your national consumer protection authority. UK consumers may contact the Citizens Advice Bureau.

8. Changes to Terms โ€” How We Will Notify You

We reserve the right to update these Terms to reflect changes in law or our practices. When we do:

  • The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
  • For material changes, we will provide prominent notice on the website at least 14 days before the changes take effect
  • We will never treat your continued use of the site as automatic acceptance of material changes โ€” you will always have the opportunity to review and, if you disagree, to stop using the service
  • Minor changes (typo corrections, clarifications that do not affect your rights) may be made without notice
9. Third-Party Links & Services

This website contains links to third-party websites and uses third-party services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We recommend reading the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

EU Consumer Note: If you are a consumer resident in an EU member state, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own EU member state.

EU Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

UK Consumers: UK courts retain jurisdiction for UK consumers. UK consumer protection law applies alongside these Terms.
